When I reached out to Jackie of All Trades late one evening, I was in full panic mode. The people that owned the home I'd been taking care of over the winter were coming in two days and I had just been completely ripped off by the cleaning company I'd hired to come in that day. Not only did Patricia calmly listen to me while I was freaking out (possibly crying a little 😂), she told me not to worry, made some calls and rearranged her schedule so she could come in and spend however many hours it took to help make the house sparkle. And it did! While doing the clean that I'd asked for exceptionally well, she also tried to help fix what the previous cleaners had messed up: going over everything again to wipe off residue left from earlier that day, mirrors, walls, showers and sinks, the furniture and underneath it. She arrived at about 11:00am and stayed literally until it was finished, nearly until midnight! Even offering to come back the next day to see if there was anything left to do that she could help me with. There were a few little things that needed to repaired and she did those as well... So, not only is she professional, accommodating, super at what she does, she's a wonderful person and can tackle pretty much anything!
